What is Ultrasonic Cleaning?
An ultrasonic cleaner mainly consists of stainless steel ultrasonic bath, transducers and circuit board. Ultrasonic cleaning is the application of the caviation effect which is caused by high frequency ultrasonic wave vibration signals in the fluid, and the ultrasonic wave vibration signals is generated by transducers. When the machine is working, the tranducers generate vibration signals and then transfer to the liquid in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, then a large amount of microscopic bubbles are formed and then implode violently, this process create an intense scrubbing action on the surface of the item being cleaned in the cleaning tank.
