What is Ultrasonic Cleaning?
An ultrasonic cleaner mainly consists of stainless steel ultrasonic bath, transducers and circuit board. Ultrasonic cleaning is the application of the caviation effect which is caused by high frequency ultrasonic wave vibration signals in the fluid, and the ultrasonic wave vibration signals is generated by transducers. When the machine is working, the tranducers generate vibration signals and then transfer to the liquid in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, then a large amount of microscopic bubbles are formed and then implode violently, this process create an intense scrubbing action on the surface of the item being cleaned in the cleaning tank.
What is the Ultrasonic Cleaning Process?
As you know what ultrasonic cleaning is, ultrasonic cleaning process is very simple then.
Firstly fill in the ultrasonic cleaner tank with water and some kind of detergent;
Then put the items which needs to be cleaned in the cleaning tank;
And then turn on the sonic cleaner, then cleaning works automatically, the user can preset the working time and temperature before starting the cleaner.
What Detergent is Meeded for Cleaning?
As we know, ultrasonic cleaning is the physical effect, professional chemical detergent is needed for better cleaning effect. For what kind of detergent, degreasing? dust removing? wax or rust removing? it just depends on what to be cleaned.
What Volume should I Choose?
We have standard benchtop ultrasonic cleaner from 1.3 litres to 30 litres and customized industrial ultrasonic cleaner from 60 litres to 1000 litres for your choice. You just need to make sure what the size of the cleaning item is and what the quantity need to be cleaned at a time, and refer to the tank size of ultrasonic cleaner, then you may see what volume is suitable for you.
