The K230HT is a 3L heated ultrasonic cleaner that steps up from basic home-use models into genuine workshop capability. With 120W of ultrasonic power and a 200W heater, this small sonic cleaning bath delivers noticeably stronger cavitation than our 1.3L and 2L machines. It is the first model in the mechanical series with enough power to handle tasks that smaller tanks cannot, including greasy nuts and bolts, small carburettor components, and oxidized jewellery batches.

For 3D printing users, it removes water-soluble support material from resin prints and loosens stubborn remnants from FDM parts without hand scraping that risks surface damage. For printhead maintenance, the 40kHz cavitation reaches into blocked nozzles and internal ink channels, dislodging dried ink and debris that manual soaking alone cannot shift. The heated ultrasonic bath accelerates both processes, especially when a warm solution softens hardened resin residues or thick ink deposits.

As one of the mechanical ultrasonic cleaners, a simple knob controls the timer and temperature. The stainless steel sonic bath measures 240×140×100mm—compact enough for a desktop, deep enough to submerge most printheads and small to medium print parts.
