The KF1048 is a 200L industrial ultrasonic cleaning system built around two things a normal ultrasonic cleaner does not have: a recirculating oil filtration loop and an automated basket lift. It is configured as an automated ultrasonic cleaning system for production cells, not a standalone tank. A 2400W ultrasonic drive cavitates through an 800 × 500 × 500 mm SUS304 large ultrasonic cleaning tank, a 6000W three-phase heater holds the degreasing temperature, and a multi-stage recirculating filtration loop keeps the solution clear between loads. A powered elevator raises and lowers the basket at the push of a button, so no operator hand-lifts a heavy or hot load.

Two things separate this industrial ultrasonic cleaning system from a normal 200l industrial ultrasonic washing machine.

• Oil Filtration System: the solution circulates continuously through a separate vice tank, so a batch is never re-soiled by the debris it just released, and one charge of chemistry cleans far more parts before it needs changing.

Ultrasonic Cleaner with Oil Filtration System

In a static ultrasonic bath, the dirt you just removed stays in the water. The first load comes out clean; the fourth load is being washed in the oil and swarf of the three before it. Long before the chemistry is actually spent, the ultrasni looks and smells finished, and all 200 litres go down the drain.

The KF1048 industrial ultrasonic cleaning system solves this with a continuous circulation loop. Solution is drawn out of the cleaning tank into a separate vice tank, passes through a multi-stage recirculating filtration system that removes the oil and solids lifted off the parts, and returns to the bath — and unlike a filter you switch on at the end of a shift, this loop runs during the cleaning cycle, so contaminants are taken out as they are released, not after they have had time to redeposit.

What that buys you, in order of what customers actually notice:

1. More batches per charge of solution. This is the whole point of the system. You are not buying an ultrasonic filtration system to make the water pretty — you are buying it so one charge cleans more loads before it has to be changed.
2. No secondary contamination. Parts are not sitting in the soil they just released, which is the failure mode of any static ultrasonic bath.
3. Consistent results from the first load to the fiftieth. A bath that degrades over a shift gives you a clean part at 8 am and a marginal one at 4 pm.

How much longer the solution lasts depends on three things: how much oil and solids each load carries, the filtration grade fitted, and how often the filter elements are cleaned or replaced. Ultrasonic Tank With Automated Basket Lifting System

An ultrasonic cleaner with an auto-lift system can make the cleaning work easy and comfortable. It’s easy to operate the elevator by pressing the buttons. A mesh basket loaded with steel parts is heavy. Coming out of a 65°C bath, it is heavy, hot, and dripping. On a normal ultrasonic tank, that is a two-person lift or a tired operator doing something they should not be doing.

On the KF1048 industrial ultrasonic cleaning system, the basket sits on a powered elevator. One button lowers the load into the bath, one button brings it back up — and it works mid-cycle, so you can lift the basket to check progress without draining anything or reaching into hot solution.

On a production line, the lift changes four things:

• Loading and unloading becomes a one-person job. One operator can keep pace with a line instead of waiting for a second pair of hands.
• Nobody handles a hot, heavy load. No reaching into the bath, no lifting out of steam.
• The basket enters and leaves level, at the same depth, every cycle. Depth above the transducers and dwell time are what make results repeat — hand-lowering makes both of them variable.

Independent Ultrasonic Generator with Sweep Frequency

The KF1048 ultrasonic cleaning system uses an independent ultrasonic generator rather than an in-tank drive board. Keeping the electronics outside the cleaning tank means heat, vapour, and vibration never reach them—which allows the ultrasonic cleaner machine to run continuously beyond 24 hours. It also makes faults cheap to isolate: generator, transducer set, and tank are three separate service items, not one welded assembly.

The generator’s automatic sweep frequency shifts the drive signal slightly around the resonant point. That breaks up the standing-wave pattern that otherwise leaves dead bands between cavitation hotspots, so cleaning stays even across the full 800 mm width. Sweep matters more on a large ultrasonic cleaning tank than on a benchtop ultrasonic bath, because the wider the radiating floor, the more pronounced the standing-wave pattern becomes.
